With more than a decade of investigation and legal support experience with The Barry A. Cohen Law Group, Gina Yacone has developed a keen eye for the successful development of complex litigation matters. Ms. Yacone is a State of Florida licensed Private Investigator. Whether interviewing witnesses, analyzing documentary evidence in criminal defense cases or conducting exhaustive research in civil matters, Ms. Yacone’ s attention to detail and strong work ethic leaves no stone unturned. Ms. Yacone is also adept at undercover assignments, and she has successfully obtained critical evidence in a number of challenging cases.

In addition to her investigative duties, Ms. Yacone is a Senior Litigation Paralegal, who has a broad range of complex working experience, including criminal litigation, civil litigation (plaintiff and defense), appellate matters and bankruptcy cases. Ms. Yacone is extremely organized, ambitious and methodical. Her open and approachable personality allows for a unique human touch perspective and is instrumental in developing insightful investigative and legal strategies for trial.

Ms. Yacone received her bachelor degree from the University of Miami in May, 2003.
