CFR Partner Romine Successfully Stops Manslaughter Prosecution

Law Enforcement charged Charles Podany with manslaughter for shooting, in self-defense, an individual who violently attacked him.

After Litigating the matter in court, the trial court found that Mr. Podany was immune from prosecution un Florida’s “Stand-Your-Ground Law.”
