Working with Barry A. Cohen and Todd Foster, former Pinellas Sheriff, Everett Rice, and former Hillsborough & Pinellas County State Prosecutor, Chinwe Fossett.
Long-time Pinellas County Sheriff Everett Rice brings a wealth of knowledge to Cohen & Foster in the areas of leadership and investigative techniques. With 34 years of experience in law enforcement, Sheriff Rice adds another level of legal acuity to the State Criminal Defense Team.
As a prosecutor, one of Ms. Fossett’s most memorable trials involved two defendants in a drug trafficking case. The opposing attorneys were a father and son team who consistently tried to intimidate and bully her. They underestimated her skills and in the end she convicted both their clients. Ms. Fossett brings this aggressive tenacity to the C&F State Criminal Defense Team.
