Devon A. Stoney practices in the criminal division of Cohen, Jayson & Foster, specializing in complex matters involving taxation, pharmaceuticals and medical issues.
A graduate of the Villanova School of Law Graduate Tax Program, Mr. Stoney brings strength to the firm with a dual knowledge of intricate legal and accounting issues. Prior to joining CJF, Devon practiced in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, providing analysis and document review support for litigation related to pharmaceutical drugs.  He puts this knowledge to use at Cohen, Jayson & Foster, working chiefly on pharmaceutical and FDA fraud cases. Devon has also provided important insight to the criminal team in his research and analysis of documents and contracts for several complex mortgage fraud cases.
In addition to his legal knowledge, Devon Stoney has completed coursework and is a candidate to become a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court (Northern and Middle Districts) and the U.S. Tax Court. Devon is also a member of the National Bar Association and the George Edgecomb Bar Association, and recently participated in a panel discussion on diversity in the legal profession.
