Michael A. Gold, LL.M. is an attorney at the law firm of Cohen, Foster & Romine, P.A., where he practices in the areas of criminal defense and commercial litigation. Mr. Gold has represented individuals and entities in state and federal criminal prosecutions in white collar fraud cases such as securities fraud, bank fraud, and worker's compensation fraud. He has lectured at various continuing legal education seminars on electronic discovery and computerized litigation support software. Mr. Gold earned his B.A. degree from the University of South Florida, his J.D. degree, cum laude, from St. Thomas University and his LL.M. degree, with distinction, from Georgetown University. Mr. Gold is a member of The Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Federal Bar for the Middle District of Florida.
