Candice A. Bartholomew Attorney Candice A. Bartholomew is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law and currently works in both the criminal and civil divisions of Cohen, Foster & Romine, P.A. She received her Master of Business Administration from Stetson University and her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Florida International University.
Throughout her legal training, Candice has developed experience in a wide range of practice areas, including subrogation, personal injury, and foreclosure actions. She completed an internship with the criminal division of the United States Attorney’s Office where she worked on drug trafficking cases. She also completed an internship with the Civil Litigation Bureau of the Attorney General for the State of Florida where she worked on a variety of civil matters. She served as a research assistant to Professor Cynthia Hawkins-Leon and a teaching assistant for Trial Advocacy.
Candice has been very active with professional and community organizations in the Tampa Bay area. She was an active member of Stetson’s chapter of the American Bar Association, the Black Law Students Association and the Hispanic Bar Association and served as Diversity Committee Co-Chair of the Student Bar Association. She is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. Candice is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association.
